I cannot fully articulate how much Laura Marling's music influenced my own growing up. It feels like just yesterday that I was 14 years old, listening to New Romantic for the first time in awe. Over a decade later and my love for her has grown exponentially, as she continues to release gorgeous music that is so distinctly her.
Marling has been bringing us joy with her music in innumerate ways during lockdown. As well as releasing this beautiful new record, since lockdown began she has also been sharing video tutorials of how to play her songs. Of course she has.
